  5. lymphoma
  6. myelofibrosis

D. Hepatic congestion

  1. CCF

E. Infectious disease

  1. viral infection: viral hepatitis , infectious mononucleosis
  2. bacterial infection: liver abscess, leptospyrosis, TB, brucellosis
  3. protozoal infection: amoebic liver abscess, malaria, kala-azar
