Classification of Zygoma Fracture

Type I: fracture without displacement
Type II: fracture with displacement
Type III: no fracture but displacement
Type IV: comminuted fracture
Type V: fracture of the zygomatic arch only.

Group A: stable fracture, need no intervention.
Group B: unstable fracture.
Group c: stable fracture which need reduction only.
